Meet Laurence Bekink—ROC’s founder, hospitality veteran, and Master of Commerce grad. With 15 years in the industry, he’s built and managed more than a dozen restaurants and brands (and still owns a few!). Through trial, error, and success, one lesson became clear: the POS system is the heartbeat of any great hospitality or retail business. ROC exists because Laurence knows that with the right tech, even the busiest operations can run smoother, smarter, and more profitably.
